The Thang

CoP:

  • SSH x100 IC alternating between regular pace and Weed Wacker pace
  • Low Flutter x50 IC
  • The Burpee x25 OYO

Count off 1s and 2s: 1s in one group, 2s in the other. Time for some friendly competition.

EVENT ONE – THE WAR TUNNEL

  • PAX line up in the plank position stretching the line back towards the flags.
  • The PAX at the rear army crawl beneath their planked teammates until the reach the end of the line and assume the plank position themselves.
  • This process repeats until the entire team has crossed the finish line.
  • TEAM 1 IS VICTORIOUS!

EVENT TWO – THE CRAP WALK

  • Teams split with 4 PAX on one end and 4 PAX (or 3) on the other.
  • One PAX assumes the Crab Walk position with the Darlin’ placed on their stomach.
  • The PAX Crap Walk to the opposing end to be relieved by another member of their team.
  • The team who successfully moves all of their team members across the field of battle first wins.
  • TEAM 1 IS VICTORIOUS!

EVENT THREE – UGLY DUCKLINGS (WINNER TAKE ALL!)

  • PAX line up, single-file, and Elephant walk the loop.
  • The team who breaks the finish line first wins.
  • TEAM 1 IS VICTORIOUS!

TEAM 1 IS THE VICTOR, AND TO THE VICTOR GOES THE SPOILS! BUT, WE ARE ALL ONE TEAM, AND ONLY TOGETHER WILL WE BE VICTORIOUS. All PAX get to take a VICTORY LAP!
