Introduction

Mistakes were made. Ill advised decision making occurred. And YHC paid the price.

The situation? YHC picked up the QIC for 4 days in a row. Day 1 was a back breaking heavy ruck. Day 2 was a double down with a core intensive ruck workout followed by the Murph. Today is Day 3, and YHC was stiff and hurting when he rolled out of bed. To say he was hating the world and his alarm clock would be an understatement.

The upside to being the QIC? Ultimate control over the Weinkie. You will soon see, but it took a heavy focus on mobility up front then kept it simple from the QIC responsibilities. And from the mumble chatter and call out about what the Pax thought of YHC, it sure was effective.

No grand leadership lessons learned today, so no NMMS. It did rain on us, which did suck at the end. But F3 works out rain or shine. And we did just that.
