Warm-up:

Mosey to the parking lot with no name.

  • Abe Vigota  10 IC
  • Concrete Grabbers  10 IC
  • Merkins  1 min AMRAP
  • PAX 1 BBSU’s  1 min AMRAP, feet held by PAX 2, rotate (Trojan had the mad skills to hold down 2 PAX at once)

Mosey to the bowels of the Bibliothek for some timed Doracides.

  • All PAX begin in The Pit
  • PAX 1 Bear Crawl out of The Pit, performs 2x suicides, then Crawl Bear back into The Pit
  • PAX 2 is performing the exercise until relieved by PAX 1
  • Continue rotation for 4 minutes
  • 3 rounds were performed with the following excercises:
  • Burpee, Squat, Hillbilly Walker (singing the theme to Beverly Hillbilly’s)

Mosey back to the stage.
