11 PAX > 1 FNG (Welcome, F3 Punkin!)

Condition

A crisp and cool 55* morning. Good thing we workout early, because it headed up to over 80* in the afternoon.

YHC is not a professional. F3 workouts are voluntary and FREE – you are here voluntarily #YouAgainstYou. Modify as needed. Notify the Q or rest of Pax of any serious medical conditions #PushYourselfButDontHurtYourself.

The Thang

YHC decided to have a little fun and keep the PAX guessing all throughout, so we started with a 0.01 mile mosey (you read that right), and then 25 burpees OYO. Followed by another 0.01 mile mosey, and then 25 merkins OYO. We followed that with a, you guessed it…a 0.01 mile mosey, then “on your six!”.

  • Low Flutter x25 IC
  • LBC x50 IC
  • BBSU x25 OYO

YHC then took the PAX on a long mosey around The River circling all of the popular WO spots to force the PAX into a state of confusion. After passing through Bunker Hill, Mt. Midoriyama, the Parking Lot of Pain, we finally settled in at Niagra Falls to give the Kingwood traffic a show.

  • The Dip x15 IC
  • American Hammer x25 IC
  • In and Out x15 IC
  • Low Flutter x25 IC
  • Incline Merkin x25 OYO
  • The Dip x15 IC

We mosey’d some more, stopping at Kingwood Bagel for 10 Monkey Humpers IC (Spicoli’s idea), then we circled into a parking lot we’ve never stopped at and the PAX were instructed to grab a tree for 5 minutes of The People’s Chair to reduce the mumble chatter. There was no rhyme or reason to when YHC called down or up, we would stay down for 45 sec, up for 1, down for 5, up for 6, down for 30, up for 5, etc. Mosey back towards the flags, with a bear crawl through a small retention pond (dry, unfortunately).

Lambo brought back YHCs Lil’ Darlins, and we needed to unload them. So everyone grab their Darlin’, and then count off 1s and 2s. The paired up PAX were separated into teams, team 5 would grab the Hogg Log and take a lap while the other teams withstood a BD with their Darlin’. This would continue until all the teams made the loop.

  • Thrusters x25 OYO
  • Bent-over Row x20 OYO
  • Russian Deadlift x25 OYO
  • Bear crawl across the street with both hands on your Darlin’ sliding it across the concrete.
  • Low Flutter with your Darlin’ pressed high x25 IC
  • Burpees, Darlin’ x10 OYO
  • Cruiser took over the Q for a couple of sets while YHC and his all-star teammate, Muffy took a lap under the Log.
  • BBSUs with Darlin’ x25 OYO
  • Sterkins (staggered Merkins) w/left hand elevated on your Darlin’ x25 OYO
  • Ranger Merkins on your Darlin’ x25 OYO
  • Sterkins w/right hand elevated x25 OYO
  • People’s Chair w/your Darlin’ in your lap for the last 2 minutes.
