These Margaritas Better Be Worth It

Introduction

The Spigot pax took on week too of the Margarita-On-The-Rucks challenge issued by the San Antonio pax ahead of GrowRuck Alamo.  YHC was on the struggle bus this morning, and had to embrace the grind to keep moving forward.  Luckily YHC had two beasts with him to push the pace and keep moving forward.  Commitment to completing the challenge is high, because for YHC and Borat a Margarita hangs in the balance.

The Weinkie was deceptively difficult.  Each movement by themselves seems light, but stacked together with nowhere to hid, the pain set in quickly.  In the end, the Pax was wondering how big these margaritas were to help us forget the pains.

YHC was asked to review Q1.10 from QSource.  The passage is a deep dive into Prayer.  YHC went a little off script (Sorry Waterboy), but talked from the heart about the Faith component of F3.  

It is easy to assume that the Faith component of F3 means a Christian faith, which couldn’t be further from the truth.  F3 calls us to have a belief in a Creator, regardless of the creed.  As I polled the pax, it was extremely diverse on our faith construct.  As leaders, we need to make space for all to express their beliefs without fear of reprisal.  YHC spent some time talking about the SkyQ, respecting each man in the COT, and being brave enough to lead us through a prayer.  The conversation was fantastic and the Pax walked away knowing more about their BOTG and hopefully a better understanding of what the 3rd F is all about.
