F3 Houston is here for you – reach out if you need anything during the next few days

Sadly, we are not passed this tragedy yet, men. According to officials, rainfall from Harvey could reach 50 inches in some spots (highest ever recorded in Texas); catastrophic flooding to continue for days. Still a named storm nearly 48 hours after landfall, Harvey is the longest a Texas landfalling hurricane has remained a named storm after landfall since Fern in 1971.

With all this in mind, PLEASE remember to be safe out there as things get heavier, and most importantly be smart.  #NoNeedToPushYourself  #DontHurtYourself. The GeneralThe Yard, & The Trinity are flooded, and surely most of The Hogg will be closed for a while. Stay safe and focus on your family and community for the coming days.

As has been said on Band multiple times, be sure to reach out to your neighbors and friends to make sure they are safe, and offer support when necessary. Once things start calming down, the hard work will begin for a lot of folks. F3 Houston can be a part of the solution – stay in touch with the Pax and we can help the community together when the time comes.
