We discussed Memento Mori> Everyone around us is going to die. Such reminders and exercises take part of Memento Mori—the ancient practice of reflection on mortality that goes back to Socrates. Be prepared in life, hold your kids close, hug your wife, tell those around you that you love them daily. Reach out to someone you haven’t talked to in a long time just to tell them you were thinking of them (especially parents).

April GORUCK Callout > TMF – Homeless Outreach > Sunday, April 14th > Ruck about 4 miles round trip and hand out toiletry bags to the homeless along the way. Axelrad Beer Garden to 8th Wonder and back.  At this time HRC has enough items/bags to hand out.  Please use the link provided for registration, minors included.
