The Thang

Warm-up: We moseyed to the parking lot from the flags. Shuffled left, High knees, shuffle right, back pedal in a square around the parking divider. Repeat with caricoa left, butt kickers, carioca right, lunges.

Circle up: 50 side straddle hops, 15 abe vigodas, 10 merkins,

CoP:

Broke into two groups. One group ran 100 yard sprints while the other did the exercise listed below:

• ABC’s:
  • Ali Shuffle
  • Burpees
  • Copperhead squat
• Rinse and Repeat

Mosey across the parking lot to the half wall where the group performed one set each of the following:

• Stepups x15
•  Dips x15
• Incline merkins x15

Mosey across the park to the soccer fields and broke into two groups for the final round of exercises, The Animal Planet:

• Duck Walks cross field down and back
  • Merkins
• Bear Crawls cross field down and back
  • Plank
• Crab Walks cross field down and back
  • Little Baby Arm Circles (forward and back)
• Monkey Walks cross field down and back
  • Copperhead squats

Scenic mosey back to the flags to wrap up the VQ
