The Thang

The launch was well supported by the vets of F3.  Not only was there support but they were all part of the Q in the workout.  Shock and Awe started the day.  Slight rest was given when the vets were called one by one to the center for introductions and to announce the next exercise.  Dora 123 follow with 100 merkins, 200 squats, and 300 Imperial Walkers.  Bring on the Merlot.  30 min in and a few of the FNGs were feeling the beat down.  Dugger, JR and I hung with the ones who were feeling the burn and gave them props for pushing themselves to that level.  The rest of the PAX were in good hands as a double apple sauce indian run followed with a couple pain stations in the mix.  The workout was near to a close when our friends dolly, rosalita, lbc, and a drying roach joined.  Several of the F3 vets led the final exercises to fully exhaust the men.

Dugger gave amazing closing words with what F3 is all about.  I added a few extra words with the symbolism of The Trinty and the impact that F3 has had on me.
