Count off 1s and 2s: 1s look to your left, 2s look to your right. DORA 123 with some extra love!

Set 1:

  • P1 – Thrusters w/Darlin’
  • P2 – Take your pick of The Hogg Sack, Sloshie, or Jerry. Carry it half-way around the loop, then bear crawl the next half.
  • Alternate until 100 reps, cumulative.

Set 2:

  • P1 – Curls w/coupons
  • P2 – Take your pick of The Hogg Sack, Sloshie, or Jerry. Carry it 3/4 around the loop, then crab walk the next 1/4.
  • Alternate until 200 reps, cumulative.

Set 3:

  • P1 – Low Flutter w/Darlin’ pressed high
  • P2 – Take your pick of The Hogg Sack, Sloshie, or Jerry. Carry it all the way around the loop, then The Squat x10 OYO.
  • Alternate until 300 reps, cumulative.
