YHC will start off by saying that in the spirit of “tapering” our physical efforts to be at maximum capacity for the Spartan Race this Sunday (see Announcements below), YHC figured the best course of action was not to #fartsack, but to dive head first into a pile of burpees. What’s a 30-burpee penalty in a Spartan Race after you’ve knocked out 155 burpees during a normal Thursday WO??? YHC also thinks this beatdown will serve all PAX well in the pending GrowRuck event, and, well, life in general. #MenGotBetterToday

Mosey from the Shovel Flags around the picnic benches and swings to give the PAX an idea of the course for the next set of fun.
- PAX line up along the ditch and count off 1s and 2s to split the group in half
- 1s run loop around the Hogg Triangle (as YHC will name it pending any better ideas from the PAX)
- 2s do burpees x20 OYO
- RnR until all PAX have completed 100x burpees and 5x laps around the Triangle
- Some extra credit from a few extra laps to those who finished early
- PAX line up along the opposite ditch #mixthingsup
- 10x burpees OYO then bear crawl across the field to the other side
- RnR burpees at each side, decreasing reps x1 each time for a total of 55x burpees and 10x bear crawls
- Q modify to duck walk then again to run rather than bear crawl as time was running short, but all PAX completed this painful test #tclaps

GrowRuck 03 in New Orleans June 9-11 combines F3 Grow School with a GoRuck Tough. Have no doubt, this will be a transformative event for the PAX that do it, as well as for F3 Houston and F3 Texas. We also need drivers >>> a non-participant in the actual ruck that can drive some very tired & worn out souls back to Houston from NOLA (you’ll earn plenty of drinks on Friday, a solid beatdown Saturday AM and some great 2nd F).
