Mosey around in front of St Theresa’s carioke (R/L), butt kickers, high knees, back peddle. Circle up in front of St Theresa’s.

The Thang
PAX no doubt expecting a SLAM. Sike.
Grab a pole and jump over and back (Donkey jumps?) x31 OYO. RnR = 62 reps. Loving the cool weather.
Don’t forget coupon, assemble Double Applesauce in Bushwood parking lot, and begin Indian Runs with pain stations mixed in. Stop once before the Fun Deck for Rose Bowl led Squats. IR to the fun deck. American Hammers x31 IC (62 total “like Cruiser” was #MumbleChatter).
IR to the Speedway for Leg Thrusts x20 ICC complements of Bullseye then 1 lap (1/4 mile) as fast as possible, sans coupons. I had forgotten how fast I am. Another Sike. I know Inferno and Haggis were moving very fast. Others were, too, but I didn’t catch (in the sense of “couldn’t see”) you. This little pain station seemed to get the PAX’s blood flowing. With coupon in hand, start heading back.
YHC took mercy on himself (and maybe the PAX?) by replacing the IRs with a mosey. Stop for x10 IC Merkins from Haggis, then head through the bogs and make our way to the Bleachers for partner pull ups, Dora Style. You guessed it 62 reps.
Mosey back to St Theresa’s for Jump Squats x20 ICC by Shots Fired! Return the coupons and circle up at the Shovel Flags.

In the spirit of the ol’ open kimono, I never had a plan for the one coupon. But I like to have the question mark (invented by my father, btw) out there. And I didn’t want to carry two.
I was glad to get some Q help today, and good to see the broader PAX support Rose Bowl, Bullseye, Haggis, and Shots Fired!. Mad T’Claps to the 4 PAX who jumped in to lead. Like ripping out drywall but with more regimented speaking patterns, similar amounts of break dancing, and less mold. You guys did great. Only marginally better than my first 5 Qs, though, so don’t get cocky.
Camo made a funny comment after the workout. Seriously. It was about soggy shoes. It was funny to me, anyway. 3S2T. It’s the mental toughness.
On an unrelated note, The Bishop will be humming “Big Balls” by AC/DC for the entirety of the Blue Ridge Relay. #justsayin’
