Mosey to the Beck’s Prime / driving range parking lot with some butt kickers, high knees, and side shuffle L&R thrown in.  Circle up

  • SSH x 30 IC
  • Abe Vigoda x 15 IC
  • LB arm circles x 15 (forward) IC
  • LB arm circles x 15 (backward) IC
  • Merkins x 15 IC
  • Toy Solider x 15 IC

#The Thang

Mosey to the running track adjacent to I-10 for some major BLIMPS action.  MC quickly dies down

  • Burpees x 10 OYO, followed by a lap around the track
  • Lunges x 20 (20 each leg) OYO, followed by a lap around the track
  • Imperial Walker x 30 (30 each leg) OYO, followed by a lap around the track (do I sense a pattern here?)
  • Merkins x 40, followed by a lap around the track
  • Plankjacks x 50, followed by a lap around the track
  • Squats x 60

Recover with some plankin’ until the SIX is in.  Mosey back to the Shovel Flags doing a Double Applesauce Indian Run, jailbreak to the flags

Count-O-Rama and Name-O-Rama
