- LB arm circles x 15 (forward) IC
- LB arm circles x 15 (backward) IC
- Merkins x 15 IC
- Toy Solider x 15 IC
#The Thang
Mosey to the running track adjacent to I-10 for some major BLIMPS action. MC quickly dies down
- Burpees x 10 OYO, followed by a lap around the track
- Lunges x 20 (20 each leg) OYO, followed by a lap around the track
- Imperial Walker x 30 (30 each leg) OYO, followed by a lap around the track (do I sense a pattern here?)
- Merkins x 40, followed by a lap around the track
- Plankjacks x 50, followed by a lap around the track
- Squats x 60
Recover with some plankin’ until the SIX is in. Mosey back to the Shovel Flags doing a Double Applesauce Indian Run, jailbreak to the flags
