  Mosey Indian Run – Mosey around the big circle on a 1/2 mile Indian Run and headed to the soccer field for a game of Super 21’s

  Super 21’s at Soccer Field

  Started on one side of soccer field with 1 BBSU then sprinted to other side and did 20 Merkins, sprint back to beginning side and do 2 BBSU then sprint to other side doing 19 Merkins.  Keep that going until 20 BBSU and 1 Merkin.  There was a lot of mumble chatter for these 20 minutes or so. On last round we decided to do together.  Way to push….

  Mosey- 

  Mosey on way back to CoT doing various styles runs (Regular, Sideways, Backwards). Stopped half way back and did more arm exercises.
