The Thang: As the PAX waited for our guest “Q” #Inferno to arrive, we received a call that he wouldn’t be able to make it. Seems a drunk driver didn’t like the Jeep Inferno was driving so he smashed into him on I-59. This hot on the heels of the terrible drunk driving accident here in Atascocita this week in which 2 16 yr old girls were killed. Although Inferno said he was fine, he weighed heavy on our minds during the workout. I knew he had nothing less than a full body beatdown planned, so totally shooting from the hip, I pulled together some oldies but goodies and finished it up with a little Scottish Optimism. There was much weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth this morning.

  • Partner BBSU’s x 10 with handslap at the top then run to the stage
  • Partner Handslap Merkins x 10 then run back to the sidewalk

TAP’s this morning for our brother of the gloom Inferno, the 2 young ladies that passed away in an awful car accident in Atascocita Tue night and for their families, for my co-worker battling cancer, for Scooters great aunt that passed away this week. Also to Shot’s Fired, his M and the new 2.0, good to hear everyone is coming home soon.

Drinking and driving, twice in one week and it’s hitting so close to home. Glad to hear Inferno is well, I believe someone was watching over him and has much more planned for him on this earth. Be careful out there.
