The Thang

We got the ol bodies movin with grass grabbers and abe vigoda.  The heart rates were pushed a bit higher with a progressively increasing cadence of the side straddle hop.

The Trinity PAX were then introduced to coupons.  With coupons in hand, we partnered up for 10 minutes of Catch me If You Can.   Needing a break from the peaking heartrates, the PAX circled up and used the coupons to give our shoulders a beatdown with tiny arm circles.  Box Jumps and American Hammers followed.  The PAX mosied around the park with each of the PAX calling out a varying arm exercise with the coupon.  The final 6 minutes of the workout were spent with Mary: Dolly, Rosalita, High Flutter, Low Flutter, Big Boy SitUps, and the American Hammer.  Each of the PAX took a turn leading a round of Mary.

Man.. It is tough getting my ass up early on a Tuesday morning to get this workout in.  However, with the workout finished, the cool temps and the beautiful sunrise its pretty awesome to just be alive and get to experience a morning like this.

Smokey The Bear is stepping up for a Co VQ this next Saturday.  TClaps to The Bear.
