The Thang

With the crust from the night sleep still dangling from our eyelids we began the workout with Abe Vigoda, Grass Grabber, and a whole mess of arm circles.  Away from the parking lot lighting and into the bowls of the park we went.  3/4 mile of The Baton Death march laid in wait.   Following the march, we counted off in pairs and BOMBS were released in the form of 50 burpees, 100 overhead claps, 150 merkins, 125 big boy sit ups, and 150 squats (modified for time constraints).  Stealer and Crosswalk led a set of Mary’s (including low flutter, american hammer, dolly, and my favorite ROSARITA).

Crosswalk is the oldest in the group that has graced The Trinity but the best example of how fitness is changing his health. Crosswalk is now down 10 lbs and off of one of him medications.

We are a work in progress at The Trinity but we have a core that is developing.  We have a solid group that is showing up on Tuesday and solid group that is showing up on Saturday.  We are accountable to each other and we will get stronger together.
