Day 1 on 6 days of insanity.  Hydrated, foam rolled, pop some Advil, get some sleep, see you at the Yard tomorrow.  But in all seriousness, thank you Men at the Den for giving me the opportunity to lead.  In the sprit of BlackHoggOps, the PAX expected the unexpected, and humored the new exercises.  As always, I appreciate the spirt of the PAX, we all play for the same team, and to be a GOOD team, we all tow the same line, giving each other that energy.  As I continue this ludicrous trek (yes there are crazier things we participate in), but in the end we are all better for it.  SYITG!
