The Thang
After the disclaimer, pax circled at the flags to get things going. 40 SSH IC, 40 total Arm-o-rama IC: 10 LBAC (F), 10 LBAC (B), 10 Moroccan Night club, 10 Light Bulbs.
Thang 1: Around the bases
As a pax, hit four stations around the Hogg bases 10 Burpees OYO, 10 Copperhead Squats IC, 10 Lunges (each leg) IC, 10 Side Lunges (each leg). Back at home base split pax into 4 groups, each headed to a base. 3 more times around the bases, holding air chair if group ahead hasn’t finished yet. (40 total each exercise, including 1st trip), converge and plank for the six at the flags when complete.
Thang 2: Mosey to the garden of tranquility, with a lap around the track to get there. Split into 1/2 partners. P1 runs a lap, P2 exercises, then flapjack. 4 laps each with AMRAP dips, merkins, freddie mercury, and incline merkins (unless you’re Triple Threat, who went with decline merkins). A nice 20 count from bullseye, then mosey to the middle of fire-ant hill.
Six minutes of Mary: 40 LBC, 40 Rosalita, 40 Dolly, 20 count bridge x2, 40(plus 10) plank-o-rama: regular, RHH, LHH, RLH, LLH.

CountORama and NameORama
18 Pax with 1 FNG. Welcome Hannibal, Tumbleweed’s brother, who from an early age worked best in silence. It’s too late, but YHC should have considered Clarice…
COT
TAPs for all those affected by Harvey and the floods, in Houston, Corpus, and Beaumont. Lifted up the Pax who have needs, as well as the Pax that have been helping. Also prayed for Neel, 7-year old boy evacuated to Dallas, then having seizures and currently in a coma, and his parents; Colette Sulcer, Weedwacker’s surgery nurse who died in beaumont, and her 3 year old daughter who she died saving.
NakedManMoleskin
Inspiring to see the Pax show up here, and for each of the families that needed help. Several of us who worked this week were relieved of duty for a rest day by fresh pax coming in from downrange. Iron sharpening iron and men supporting men.
