We started with an extended mosey to the East side parking lot where YHC tried to get creative with Copperhead Squats, lunges, Merkins, reverse crunches, American Hammer Time’s, and Imperial Walkers. I don’t think anyone will be copying this portion of the workout anytime soon.
The Thang: Nobody loves em, but everybody respects them…Sprints! We did 4 sets of 1/2 partner Sprints where 1 partner did 4 ladder sprints (unless you skipped the malfunctioning flashlight) while the other partner did various core, leg, and upper body exercises. I don’t know about anyone else but I had some basketball practice flashbacks! We then double apple sauced with some indian runs back to the flags where we finished in the COT..
Name-o-Rama – Wolverino’s FNG was dubbed Dr. Sack because of his current profession and his first “profession.” Welcome brother!
